From the Olympics to the US Open, the World Series to the World Cup, the Indy 500 to 30 straight Super Bowls, Scott Murray has covered them all. For close to a quarter of a century he was the award-winning Sports Director and Anchor at NBC, Dallas/Ft. Worth. Prior to that, Scott was based in Washington, D.C. with NBC television.

During his three decades of television sports, Scott was named Sportscaster of the Year 17 times by various news/media organizations such as the Associated Press, United Press International, Dallas Press Club, NATAS, among others. He won back to back Emmy Awards for Best Sportscaster in 2000 and 2001 and was the recipient of the prestigious Silver Circle Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in 2002.
